Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy sets the rules for using AI chat and image creation and editing in ChatAllo (the "Service") safely. It forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to every user.

2. Prohibited use

You must not submit prompts or create output for any of the following.

Sexual or suggestive content: adult or pornographic content, nudity, or images or text depicting or implying sexual acts. Sexualizing anyone who is or appears to be a minor is prohibited without exception and will be reported to the authorities.

Manipulating real people: face swaps, deepfakes, composites or impersonation of real people without consent, or images meant to defame or deceive.

Violence and dangerous activity: content promoting or instructing terrorism, violence, self-harm or suicide, or helping to make or obtain weapons, explosives or illegal drugs.

Hate and harassment: hateful content based on race, gender, religion, disability, sexual orientation or similar traits, or harassment or threats against anyone.

Illegal activity and rights violations: fraud, hacking, malware, unlawful collection of personal data, or infringing others' copyright, trademarks or likeness.

Deception and abuse: mass-producing false information about elections or public safety, spam, automated bulk requests, reselling the Service, or trying to bypass safety measures (for example jailbreak prompts).

3. AI model providers' usage policies

ChatAllo's AI features run on models made by other companies. Besides this policy and our Terms of Service, you must follow the usage policies of the company that provides each model you use. The main providers' policies are: OpenAI · Anthropic · Google · xAI · Mistral AI · Black Forest Labs. Other providers (such as DeepSeek, Moonshot AI, Alibaba Cloud (Qwen), Zhipu AI (Z.ai), ByteDance, Perplexity and Recraft) are governed by the terms and usage policies published on their official websites, and the OpenRouter Terms of Service of our model-routing service also apply. Our Privacy Policy lists the providers.

If we find a use prohibited by this policy, our Terms of Service or a model provider's policy, we may refuse the request and suspend the account.

4. Automatic screening before image creation

Before an image is created or edited, the prompt you enter passes an automatic safety check. If it does not meet our rules, or the check cannot be completed, no image is created and no credits are used. This check applies to every image request and cannot be turned off or skipped.

5. Enforcement

If we find a violation, we refuse the request and, depending on its severity, may restrict features or suspend the account. We may notify the authorities when we suspect a breach of law. Where possible we tell you why, and you can appeal to support@chatallo.com.

6. Reporting

If you see output or use that breaks this policy, tell us at support@chatallo.com.

7. Independent service

ChatAllo is an independent service operated by CENTIVE INCOME (센티브인컴). It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek or any other AI model provider; model names and trademarks belong to their owners. ChatAllo accesses the models through OpenRouter, an AI model gateway, as described in the Privacy Policy.
